1.       Do you do custom manufacturing?

A: No, we have minimum orders explained below.

2.       How can I receive a catalog of your products?

A: We match our customers´ profiles and rail shapes, so we don´t have an "in house" line of shapes and profiles, therefore we don´t have catalogs. We can choose from all of the profiles we use, mix them, and offer a style you like. If you want to see a physical sample of a door, please contact us

3.       What are your procedures to control quality?

A: We use Statistical Process Control to insure consistent quality, door after door. Every operator has a process manual for his station that states the exact procedures that should be taken for operation, set ups, product inspection, protection gear, etc. Auditors walk up and down the line assuring that this manual is followed, and quality remains within specifications. Each important operation is responsible for the quality achieved , and for keeping a Control Chart of its output . There are specific and well defined areas for defective product, which are inspected continuously by supervisors. There are partial inspection stations throughout the line, and at the end, there is a full- inspection station checking that the product meets visual and measurable specifications that customers establish.

4.       Do we have to coordinate freight and customs broker´s operations?

A: No, we can coordinate and find the best options for freight and customs broker´s operations, although we do sell FOB our plant.

5.       If we buy from the USA, is your service reliable due to the border between both countries?

A: Absolutely reliable. We have been importing and exporting to and from the USA for years and we have never experienced an unusual delay at the border, specially after NAFTA began.

A: The cost of the tools depends on the shapes and it can be covered in two ways : If you place an initial sample order for more than ½ a truckload ( more than 20,000 pounds ), we cover the expense. If the sample order is for less, you would need to buy the tools from our supplier and lend them to us during the production run. After the sample order, if you place an order for ½ of a truck load or more, we buy the tools from you.

11.    Do your sales representatives speak English fluently?

A: Absolutely fluent. You will not have problems communicating with us

        12. How do you protect your product for shipping?

A: The product is placed on wooden pallets.
To gain stability,

depending on the type of product, we may flip it in a different
direction once or twice, depending on the skid’s height. We also

apply one or two layers of corrugated cardboard, also depending on
the skid’s height. We use corner protection on all four sides . Shrink
wrap is applied by a palletizing machine, which applies consistent

pressure throughout  the skid, and maintains the product’s
moisture content until it is used by our customer. Finally, we  use
plastic banding, twice vertically and once horizontally. If we have the
need to double stack, we use steel banding for more strength.

All this care has reduced complaints about palletizing and shipping
to zero, in over 20,000 pallets delivered in the last two years.
